Heritage Fiesta at Grand Copthorne Hotel - Food Capitol

Revel in Singapore's multicultural heritage with a kaleidoscope of authentic local cuisine. Complete your dinner experience with add-on choice to enjoy fresh DURIANS at the riverside.

As the name suggested, Heritage Fiesta, the Chef had specially come up with the local’s favourite dishes.

The Bak Kut Teh gives a peppery-light flavour and the pork freshness was retained amidst the long boiling hours with Chinese herbs, spices, and pork bones. Of course, a perfect match when you dip the You-tiao in to absorb the broth and send it into your mouth. You’re welcomed, help yourself with a few more bowls of goodness.

They are really generous with the satay meat, every stick is almost half-filled with flavoursome meat and leaving one with a pleasantly satiated feeling. I couldn’t help eating a few more sticks, best to go with the satay sauce. OMG!

This plate is the highlight! The chef had done it in a way where the sweetness and freshness of the crab meat just lingered on for a very long time. The chilli sauce is perfectly mixed - not too spicy, not too sweet. You will end up licking your fingertips I swear!

Try the salted egg prawns! Every succulent piece of prawns is coated with a really thick layer of salted egg sauce, surprise every bite of yours with bits of salted egg yolks.

Singapore has many good dining places with good ambiance and delicious food. However, it can be quite costly. So since we are already paying for the price, why not indulge in the highest quality ones? And one which I highly recommend Heritage Fiesta at Grand Copthorne Hotel from 21st June to 21st July.
